Chicken Tandoori

  1. Combine raw chicken, Tandoori powder and plain yogurt in a plastic seal-it bag, mixing yogurt and spice well, and making sure chicken is coated. Place in fridge overnight.

  2. Prepare rice.

  3. In a nonstick frying pan, cook coated chicken uncovered on high until tandoori coating turns crisp and/or charred.

  4. Serve chicken and remaining sauce on bed of rice.
