Zucchini pasta

Bring 2 liters of salted water to a boil, making sure to time spaghetti to be ready simultaneously with zucchini (which takes about 25 minutes).
Slice zucchini into thin discs. Salt heavily.
Peel and slightly crush garlic.
In large frying pan, heat olive oil, covering pan to 1/8 inch, and add garlic cloves whole. Add zucchini.
In pasta dish, mix egg yolks with parmesan cheese.
Wait til zucchini is crispy, and spaghetti is a tad past Al denté.
Remove garlic.
Combine all ingredients in pasta dish, stirring well so that egg and cheese coat the spaghetti.
