Sweet Pickled Jalapeños

Instructions
Slice jalapeños to the desired shape and thickness.
Add water, white vinegar, and white sugar into a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Add the sliced jalapeños to the pan and remove from the heat.
Let cool and transfer to a 1 quart canning jar and store in the fridge.

Notes
I love eating these with chunks of watermelon. If you have leftover liquid, you can save to use in smoothies, etc.
